At the 2025 ABC Bayou STEP Awards and Dinner, Trade was honored with an ABC Pelican STEP Award, recognizing our ongoing dedication to maintaining the highest standards of health and safety across all of our projects. This award reflects the hard work and commitment of our entire team in creating a safe and reliable work environment.

Industrial Storage Facility Expansion 

Our Industrial Storage Facility has expanded to better serve your needs. With the installation of two brand-new HVAC units, we now offer 20,000 square feet of indoor, climate-controlled storage space. This expansion means more room, more comfort, and the perfect environment to keep your items safe and secure, no matter the season.

Milestones Worth Celebrating

Along with celebrating employee anniversaries from one to 20 years, we also honored President Brennan Easley and long-time Trade employee Matt Tucker for reaching 25 years with Trade.

Aim F.I.R.S.T. Awards

Congratulations to our outstanding team members who were recognized through our Aim F.I.R.S.T. program! 

• Q2 2025 – Nicholas Simoneaux – Nicholas, a Welder, has been with Trade for 10 years and consistently brings reliability, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to the job.
• Q3 2025 – Paul “Makai” Scanlan – With 3 years at Trade, Makai continues to demonstrate dedication, consistency, and a strong commitment to the values that define our team.
• Q4 2025 – Jordan Lockhart – Jordan, our Payroll/Employee Engagement Coordinator, has been with Trade for 3 years. Jordan’s continued effort and dependability highlight her alignment with our team’s core values.

Project Highlight: ASU Facility for Austin Air Products 

Between February and November 2025, we managed the construction of a new Air Separation Unit (ASU) facility for Austin Air Products. The project spanned from site mobilization to mechanical completion and commissioning, featuring the installation of a 110-foot Cold Box, the Main Air Compressor, and associated heat exchangers.

• Zero OSHA-recordable incidents.
• Full equipment installation and steel erection.
• Fabrication of process and utility piping.
• Hydrostatic and pneumatic system testing.

School Partnerships

We are proud to have partnered with LA Tech, Central High School, and Southeastern Louisiana University as part of our efforts to engage with students and develop future leaders.

Wearing Pink with Purpose

In October, the Trade Family wore pink to show their support for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Through the purchase of pink t shirts, our employees donated a total of $5,000 to the Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center.
