Congratulations to Paul “Makai” Scanlan, our Q3 AIM F.I.R.S.T. Award winner! Since joining Trade in 2022 as a Field Safety Coordinator, Makai has shown what it means to lead with teamwork, communication, and dedication on every project.
Advice for new team members: “Everyone in the Trade family works as a single unit. Communication can make or break a project. It’s the single grain of rice that can tip the scale.”
Favorite holiday tradition: “I am a Marine Corps Combat Veteran and I always take my kids to pick out their fireworks… I make sure that I get the fireworks with at least 500 shots that have a setup resembling the American Flag.”
